The logic to find peak and bottoms explain:
when Low of the candle(i) bigger than the maximum of (Lips, Jaws, Teeth) we get the peak
when High of the candle(i) lower than the minimum of (Lips, Jaws, Teeth) we get to the bottom
then we calculate highest high and lowest low to draw zigzag
