Two MA’s And ADX Binary Options Trading Strategy
This binary options strategy is based on 2 smoothed moving average and ADX oscillator. This method works on forex, commodities, and indices. This will work on a 1-hour timeframe with an expiry time at the end of the day.
Take note that you don’t use this strategy on currencies, commodities, indices that have a positive correlation with correlation R> 0.7, or negative R <-0.7.
Forex Indicators:
- Average Directional Movement Index default setting (ADX 14). A level of 33 is added.
- Moving Average Smoothed (21-period slow);
- Moving Average Smoothed (9-period fast).
Call Entry:
- The moving average 9-period must cross above the moving average 21- period.
- The ADX must be greater than level.
- Enter when the price comes back down to touch the Moving Average 9- period.
Put Entry:
- The moving average 9-period must cross below the moving average 21- period.
- The ADX must be greater than 33 level.
- Enter when the price comes back down to touch the moving average 9- period.
