The MACD Binary Options Strategy is a trend momentum system that is based on the double MACD in the sub window below the chart. This system works on stocks, indices, metals, forex but this works best on the indices S&P 500, DAX, FTSE. This system is applicable to a 30-minute or higher timeframe, but 4-hours is recommended. The expiry time is 3 bars after.
MT4 Indicators:
- Exponential moving average ( 6),
- Exponential moving average ( 13),
- MACD (12,26,1) , with MACD (5,15,1).
Call Entry:
- EMA 6 is greater than EMA 13.
- MACD ( 5, 15, 1) crosses upward MACD ( 12,26,1 );
- MACD (5,15, 1) is greater than 0.
Put Entry:
- EMA 6 is less than EMA 13.
- MACD ( 5, 15, 1) crosses downward MACD ( 12,26,1 );
- MACD (5,15, 1) is less than 0.
