Extreme CCI Forex Binary Options Trading Strategy
The Extreme CCI binary options trading strategy is a template based on three CCI and Overbought/Oversold indicators. The timeframe used in this system are the 15 minute or higher and works on indices, commodities and forex market. In this system, there are 2 techniques on how to use it, it is trading with divergence and trading in the trend direction.
Metatrader Indicators:
- TBLC ( support and resistance),
- Pivot alert,
- V Custom (Overbought/Oversold indicator level (-7, 7).
- Divergence CCI 14 , CCI 21, CCI 30,
- 55 EMA high
- 55EMA low.
Trading With Divergence:
- Expiry time 1 candle when the signals agree on the same bar.
- Expiry time 4-8 candles when the signals do not agree on the same bar (this option is aggressive).
Call Entry:
- The overbought/oversold indicator is in the oversold area.
- Enter at the first buy arrow of the CCI 14, CCI 21 or CCI 30.
Put Entry:
- The overbought/oversold indicator is in the overbought area.
- Enter at the first sell arrow of the CCI 14, CCI 21 or CCI 30.
Trend Following:
- Enter call position if the price is above the 55 channel.
- Enter put position if the price is below the 55 channel.
- The expiry time is 2- 3 candles
Call Entry:
- The price must be above the 55 EMA channel.
- The overbought/oversold indicator is in the oversold area.
- Enter at the first buy arrow of the CCI 14, CCI 21 or CCI 30.
Put Entry:
- The price must be below the 55 EMA channel.
- The overbought/oversold indicator is in the overbought area.
- Enter at the first sell arrow of the CCI 14, CCI 21 or CCI 30.
