The Price Action Channel 2 Forex Binary Options Trading Strategy
The price action channel binary options trading strategy is a trading system based on price action and trend momentum. Use this system in a trending market. The timeframe used in this method is 5 and 15 minutes with an expiry time of 1 candle. This works on indices, commodities and forex market.
Metatrader Indicators:
- RSI Signal (3 period Inverse Setting ),
- Exponential Moving Average (3 period levels: 8 -8 / 12 -12 / 16 -16),
- MACD (12,17,8),
- Bollinger Bands (is to manage the stop loss for trading without binary options).
Call Entry:
- The RSI signal green arrow must appear.
- The price must go into the price action channel.
- Enter when the histogram MACD is above the moving average.
Put Entry:
- The RSI red signal arrow must appear.
- The price must go into the price action channel.
- Enter when the histogram MACD is below the moving average.
Tips: Alert is valid if the price goes in the price action channel entry two bars from the RSI signal alert.
