MTH ADX SMA CROSS Forex Binary Options Trading Strategy
The MTH ADX SMA CROSS is an indicator multiple based on SMA and Two ADX. This indicator is trend following, this means that you trade only in the direction of the trend. The timeframe used for this timeframe is 5-minutes or higher with an expiry time of 1-2 candles. This is applicable to any markets.
MT4 Indicators:
- Simple MA: setting 1, 34, median priceHL/2, linear weighted 5.
- ADX 1: setting period 3
- ADX 2 setting 5-period.
This indicator can be used in multiple ways.
Use the two moving averages in the direction of the trend.
MA 5 > MA 6 for Call
MA < MA6 for Put.
Enter only when there are two signals in the same direction on the same candle. (Conservative)
Enter when there is a signal in the same direction of the moving averages. (Aggressive).
You can also use just one input signal, I prefer the first. MA. green and pink circle.
Call Entry:
- MA5 is greater than MA 6.
- The 2 signals are a call.
Put Entry:
- MA5 is less than MA 6.
- The 2 signals are a put.
