Reversal Channel Binary Options Trading Strategy
The reversal channel binary options strategy is a reversal trading system based on the TMA bands that formed a channel with lower bands (green color) and higher bands (red color). This works on a 30-minute timeframe that has an expiry time of 120 minutes or 4 bars of 30 minutes. This method can be used on all forex, commodities, futures, and CFD markets.
Metatrader indicators:
- Price Border indicator (TMA Channel);
- CMA Indicator (11).
Call Entry:
- The price into Green Price Border indicator must be out of the bands.
- The CMA Indicator must change into green.
- “CALL” at the opening of the next bar.
Put Entry:
- The price into Red Price Border indicator must be out of the bands.
- The CMA Indicator must change into red.
- “PUT” at the opening of the next bar.
