The magic oscillator was written for MetaTrader 4 by Vasiliy Smirnov. This indicator is based on the awesome indicator. It determines the entry point for a binary high/low strategy. The timeframe that can be used in this system is 15 minutes or higher and the expiry time would be 3-5 candles. This can be used in any kinds of market. When you use this system, trade in the direction of the trend.
MT4 Indicators:
- Magic oscillator (inverse setting);
- Exponential Moving Averages period 4, close;
- Exponential Moving Averages period 8, close;
- Exponential Moving Averages period 50, low;
- Exponential Moving Averages period 50, high;
- Stochastic oscillator (11,3,3),
- Strength Candles optional > 60 %;
- Market panel display control.
General Rule:
- If the movement of the price is above 50 EMA channel only buy.
- If the movement of the price is below 50 EMA channel only sell.
Call Entry:
- The price is above 50 EMA channel.
- EMA 4 is greater than EMA 8.
- The magic oscillator has the blue bar.
- The stochastic oscillator must cross upward.
Put Entry:
- The price is below 50 EMA channel.
- EMA 4 is less than EMA 8.
- The magic oscillator has the red bar.
- The stochastic oscillator must cross downward.
Tips: for best entries, find the currency pairs that is trending. If you are trading on a 15-minute timeframe go 4H TF charts and find the currency pair that is trending.
