The difference of the two EMA lines are then potted as an oscillator that could either be positive or negative. The cBB indicator is a custom oscillator type technical indicator. This oscillator is uniquely based on the Bollinger Bands.
The cBB oscillator plots a line that oscillates around its midpoint which is 50.
