Neptune System
The Neptune strategy is a good technique to use for scalping. This is useful for traders who want to use a simple method in trading. This is effective when market is volatile and trending. Traders can use this technique during 3am to 11am EST because this is the busiest hours of the day. Use candlestick on this technique with 1M, 5mins, 15mins, and 30mins timeframe. Currency pairs to be traded are major pairs. Here are the indicators that are needed for this technique:
- EMA (Exponential Moving Average) period 3,
- Bollinger bands set to period 20, deviation 3,
- Chaos Awesome Oscillator (CAO)
Rules on how to trade using this indicators:
For LONG entry:
- EMA must cross the middle band of the Bollinger. The crossing must be upward approaching the middle band.
- CAO must be approaching zero line going up.
For SHORT entry:
- EMA must cross the middle band of the Bollinger band. The crossing must be downward approaching the middle band.
- CAO must be approaching zero line going down.
To exit your position, wait for the CAO to change its color. Stop losses depends on the time frame and the crosses.
